To publish from NetObjects Fusion 7.0/7.5 you will need to know the following:
1. FTP address: This is the domain name with no
http://www or
ftp://. For
example, polish-tennis.com
2. FTP Username: Can be found in your Control Panel under FTP Account.
3. FTP Password: Can be found in your Control Panel under FTP Account.
Once you have these details, open the site that you have created in NetObjects
Fusion and click on the Publish Site icon.
This will bring up the Publish Site dialog box. The default setting is to publish to a local location, but to publish to the a remote web space you need to create a new profile. To create a new profile click on the pencil button, this will bring up the Publish Settings dialog box.
Click "New Profile". Choose "Remote" and click OK.
You now have a Blank Profile.
Profile Name can be anything you choose.
FTP Host is your domain name (for example, polish-tennis.com)
The Directory is left blank unless you have multiple domain names, in which case
you can enter the specific directory name.
Once you have entered these details click OK, this will save the profile, if
you have left the Profile Name as “Remote Publish 1” this will remain the Profile
name.
